My Story

I have always wanted to own and operate my own business and I have the personal drive, business fortitude and skill to ensure its success.  Growing up on a family farm helped with building a strong foundational work ethic and grit.  I take pride in my work, despite the intensive labor demands of the industry, and I gain personal satisfaction from a job well done.

Personal success is defined by not giving up.  As an owner it is important to have an endless desire to succeed and continuing to improve internal and company processes along the way while maintaining a positive attitude.  Mindset plays a big role in achieving personal growth and success but it is also a key ingredient in maintaining a healthy workplace environment and positive rapport with employees and customers.

Core Values

  • Leadership – Inspiring one another to achieve our company vision by demonstrating dedication, initiative and direction while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Teamwork – Creating great relationships and a productive work environment through respect, appreciation and open communication.

  • Quality – Committing to the highest standards of excellence by using quality materials, demonstrating professionalism, providing the best service and focusing on safety.

  • Client Relationships – Maintaining open and active relationships with our clients to provide the best service while always seeking to establish new relationships to grow our business.

I am a current member of the Bemus Point community as a full time teacher for the Bemus Point Central School District, Coach and Vice President of the Jamestown Community College Foundation Board.  Part of my vision and passion for building this company is being able to give area students a good paying job opportunity during the summer and teaching them a full range of professional business skills along the way.  I was very fortunate to have this type of opportunity given to me and I’m eager to pay it forward.  Having a job that paid well and offered a full consistent work week allowed me to have money for college and living expenses.
